On Hourse Racing

What was supposed to be a basic racing game eventually was turned into this current horse racing game. I was encouraged by a few small successes, enough for me to spend a bit of time putting the project on kickstarter. After waiting the short time for everything to be approved, I made a few more cleanups and launched the project.

A few seconds/minutes after launch, I realized my problem. The whole time I was putting up the project on kickstarter, I had never though about the actually process of getting pledges. For the hours of working on promotional material, I received the equivalent of two youtube likes (one which came from myself) and a few infractions on sites that I frequent. It has a truly harrowing experience.

As such, the Hourse Racing series is assumed to have been unsuccessful for the time being. This whole project has led me to work with utmost efficiency to produce something of value, however silly it was. For the time being, I will be focusing on more serious things in the near future.

Never stop accelerating.
